This project works on the principle of reflection and refraction, where a ray of light passes to a sample
and refracted light is reflected back through a mirror through which we get the information about the
wavelength of the light and the absorbance of the sample. These two elementary data helps us in
calculating even the measurement geometry of challenging samples which include samples of protein
and nucleic acids which are helpful in field of research of cancer, bio-medical, pharmaceuticals, bio-
chemistry and toxicology. Having used the best technology in the process of collecting the précised
and accurate information of the sample the future scope is seemed to be bright in the research field of
biochemistry and unbinding other biochemical riddles. We keep in mind that thing and start designing
the User Interface of displaying the data of different methods Nucleic Acid, Protein Assay, OD600,
Standard Curve, Wavelength and Wavescan.
