ACTIVITIES

What to do in l'Estartit
MINI-GOLF MONT-PLA | The mini-golf is in front of the campsite and it has other services such
as trampolines, tennis courts and other games. There's also a bar with terrace and cocktail lounge.
BIRD OBSERVATORY | 1 km away from the campsite there's a small wooden house hidden
from the main road that allows the chance to do some bird watching. You can see ducks and
other birds that live around the Ter Vell.
NAUTILUS | Nautilus is a glass bottom boat that offers a different trip around the Medes
Islands. When you visit its bottom cabins, with big windows, you can see all the wonders from
the Medes' wildlife.
THE BEACH | A beach with an extension of more than 5 km with fine sand and shallow
waters, ideal to enjoy the sun and lots of water activities.
CORSARI NEGRE | This pirate boat will show the route to the Medes Islands in a whole new
way, ideal for the children to enjoy.
CARRILET | The small train from l'Estartit goes around the most important streets of the town,
it's a good opportunity to move around in a comfortable way, or to spend a nice moment
enjoying the town's atmosphere.
KAYAK | With guided excursions, kayaking is an original way to visit the coast. Discover a
new way to enjoy the trip and, if the weather allows it, there's nothing better than having a swim
near the Medes Islands to recover for the return.
SNORKEL | Daylight and night-time trips in the Medes Islands or the coast, depending on the
weather. With the tube and water goggles, you can see the incredible flora and fauna that
characterizes the area.

DIVING | For beginners, there's an option for a first
diving to connect with the sea and, for the more
experienced, a course or diving in the Medes Island; a
paradise for divers around the world and a can't-miss
sensation.

BIKING ROUTES | Our surroundings offer several
biking routes with different levels of difficulty,
depending on age. At the campsite, you can rent
some bicycles and we can lend you route maps to
plan your excursion.
HORSE RIDING | Hípica Paguina, 1 km from the
campsite, offers classes and the chance to do rides
from 1 hour to several days.
TENNIS | Just in front of the campsite there are three
tennis courts where you can also rent the material to
play. They also offer classes and starting courses.
HIKING | The Montgri and the cultivation and
mountain area surrounding l'Estartit allows for several
routes for nature enthusiasts. At the reception, you
can find maps and information to spend a day
discovering all our nature.
SAILING | The Costa Brava is known for the wind,
which is essential fully enjoy a day on a sailing boat.
You can take some classes or book an excursion as
long as the wind allows it.

ACTIVITIES

FISHING | There's a specific area in the beach where
you can fish with a rod. From May 15th until
September 15th it's only allowed from 7 p.m. until 8
a.m. in order to respect the swimmers.
ACTIVITIES

KITE-SURF | This sport has just arrived in our
coast and it has gotten popular really fast, with
its own area on the beach. If the wind is
favourable, the sky is full of colour from all the
kiters. You can take classes and rent some
material.
BEACH VOLLEY AND FOOTBALL | In the
beach, you can find volley nets and football
goals, and you probably can find some
people willing to join your team and have a
good time.
QUADS | Some companies offer quad rental
with a guide 2-hour or half-a-day excursions; a
new adventure!
GROUP BICYCLES | You can rent bicycles
for 4, 6 or 8 people for 1 hour or longer. The trips
are ideal for all the family or a group of friends.
A fun new way to visit the town.

GYM | 300 m from the campsite there's a gym
that offers the chance to go for a day or for all
your holiday stay. The gym has exercise
machines as well as some classes so you can
stay fit during your holidays.
MICROLIGHT AIRCRAFT | A trip through the
sky to enjoy L'Estartit from a different
perspective. You might even get to pilot the
plane!
KARTING | On thr road between l'Estartit and
Torroella de Montgri, there are two race
courses: one for children and another for real
competitions between adults.
BOWLING | On Avinguda de Grecia there's a
small bowling alley with several courses to
have a great time.
CARRIAGE TRIP | An old-time horse cart: a
unique and quirky way to visit the streets of
l'Estartit.
WATER ROLLERS | A hybrid between a
boat and a bicycle, you can navigate around
the water while pedalling and stop for a
swim in the middle of the sea. Some of the
rollers have a slide, which makes the
experience even funnier, especially for the
youngest ones. You can rent the rollers at
the beach.

INTERESTING PLACES

An ideal setting
Figueres

TORROELLA DE MONTGRÍ | 6 km away,
there's Torroella de Montgri, a town with more
than 1000 years of history. The traditional flare
can be felt by its long and narrow streets, the
town squares and medieval buildings. Weekly
market on Mondays. Gothic church from the
XIX century. Medieval castle.

Empúries

FIGUERES | About 39 km away from the
campsite, this town offers several activities and
visits. The main ones are the Dali Museum, one
of the main painters of the Catalan surrealism,
and Sant Ferran Castle, the biggest fortress
from the XVII century.

Les Ruïnes d'Ullastret

EMPÚRIES | Emporion (market in ancient
Greek) was founded on 575 b.C. by a Greek
settlement, and right now, you can visit the ruins
from this ancient city. You can see the museum
from the ancient metropolis (Phoenician, Greek
and Roman) and the outside ruins either by
yourselves or with a guide.

ULLASTRET | Located 15 km away, a small
agricultural village. Romanesque church, it
retains part of its wall (13-16th Century) and its
Gothic “llotja” (commodities market) with its
surprisingly wide arches. To the northwest of the
village lie the ruins of an ancient Iberian
settlement (4th Century BC to 3rd Century AC),
as well as a small museum.
LA BISBAL D’EMPORDÀ | Located 23 km
away, a large rural village with an important
ceramics industry.
Medieval castle of
Romanesque origin (12th Century). Weekly
street market. Its history is intertwined with the
history of the entire region. We recommend its
pastry shops.

La Bisbal d’Empordà

PERATALLADA | Located 17 km away, an
important Medieval centre. It retains its old
feudal appearance. Castle and palace (11-14th
Century), town walls (12-13th Century), and
Romanesque church (13th Century). The village
retains its ancient layout in its narrow streets and
provides numerous gastronomic options.

Pals

PALS | Located 15 km away, a rustic-touristic
village. Romanesque church, it retains one of the
towers of its ancient wall, along with a charming
old quarter. Weekly street market. Golf course.

Girona

INTERESTING PLACES

OTHER TOWNS | You may be interested in
visiting Monells and Madremanya (next to La
Bisbal) or, a little further, in the area of La
Garrotxa, Besalu and its Romanic bridge or the
hanging houses of Castellfollit de la Roca.

Peratallada

GIRONA | The cathedral, the Jewish quarter or
Les Rambles are the prettiest and most
representative parts of Girona. The Onyar River
crosses the city and gives it special charm as it
passes through the historic quarter.

Local festivities
Sant Jordi (April 23rd )
Catalan festivity to celebrate the victory of Saint George against
the dragon. It represents the day of the book and the rose.
According to tradition, women give a book to their lover and men
give a rose to theirs.

Mediterrania Mar Obert

Swimming traverse to the Medes Islands

This fair fills l'Estartit of beautiful stands with typical products,
different dances and all kinds of handcrafts for everyone to enjoy;
ideal to spend a Mediterranean weekend!

If the weather allows it, the swimmers will take on a 1'5 km (1 mile)
journey, from the Medes Islands until l'Estartit.

In a fishing town like l'Estartit, the environment calls for a fish and
shell tasting. These days, some restaurante offer a special menu
to please your palate.

Corpus Carpets, flowers time in l'Estartit
The central streets of the town get filled with colours thanks to the
original and fun flower carpets made by the shop owners. If the wind
is calm, the carpets stay all day long.

Medes Pictures and Environment (MIMA)

Sant Genis Festivities in Torroella de Montgri
(August 25th )
A few days of festivities with several activities for all ages; the fair,
the parades and the concerts are just a small taste.

National Catalan Day (September 11th )
Bank holiday in Catalonia where all Catalans adorn their
balconies and windows with Catalan flags and the squares get
filled with music and sardanes (Catalan traditional dance)

Wind Festivities

This festival brings both professionals and aficionados of the
submarine pictures. There are photo and video contests and,
during the festival, there are several projections of films related to
the Medes Islands around the streets. L'Estartit becomes, once
again, a paradise for the sea lovers.

The most representative activities of that weekend are kite flying
and sailing and windsurfing competitions. There are also
handcrafting tutorials for the youngest ones and, if the wind
allows it, the sky gets filled with colours.

Triathlon in l'Estartit

During that weekend all the pirates gather in l'Estartit because
the town gets filles of activities for them. From the youngest
pirates, who can make swords and play around, until the most
experienced pirates, who can enjoy a variety of artisanal
products.

The Triathlon has three parts; swimming, running and cycling; but
if you prefer, you can choose just one of them.

Saint John's Eve (June 23rd )

Pirates and Corsairs in the Medes Islands

On the night before Saint John, we celebrate the arrival of the
summer solstice, the shortest night of the year. In l'Estartit, there's
a party on the beach with a big bonfire and fireworks.

Gastronomical Days
“The Apple in the Kitchen”

Comic book festival

Some of the restaurants in town present quality menus with the
apple as its main ingredient.

Thos festival has, year after year, an increasing number of
visitors. It offers activities to learn how to make comic books,
author signings, drawing contests and a lot of comic book
giveaways around the town.

Torroella de Montgri Music Festival
Musical concerts during July and August that want to emphasize
the musical heritage of the country, including also the diversity that
can be found outside our borders.

Beatles Weekend
The fans of this amazing band can't miss this event. Films,
exhibits or concerts are some of the activities that this weekend
offers.

Carme Festivities (July 16th )

MONDAY | Torroella de Montgrí, Blanes, Olot, Colera

The Carme Virgin is the saint patron of the fishermen, so there are
processions until the harbour with Carme as the protagonist. The
boats offer the opportunity to make a tour around the Medes
Islands in company of Saint Carme.

WEDNESDAY | Begur, Banyoles, St. Pere Pescador,

Santa Anna Festivities (July 26th )
Dances, concerts in the beach and artisanal stands fill l'Estartit.
The main attractions of the day are the town's giants, Xiscu and
Remei.

REGULATION

Internal regulations
Every person that enters the campsite has to obey with the rules posted at the
reception. Here you can find a list of the most important rules. For any doubts,
the rules at the reception are the ones that prevail.
Every person who gets into the Campsite is forced to fulfil this regulation.
From 24h. to 8h.. Period of silence. The circulation of vehicle in ALL PARTS OF THE
CAMPSITE is forbidden, except in exceptional cases of emergency (ambulance,
doctor or similar).
Opening time of the Campsite and free circulation of vehicles from 8h. to 24h.
The maximum speed allowed in the Camping is of 5 Km/h.
The places must be free and clean before 12h. and the bungalows before 11h. Anyone
that surpasses that time will have to pay the extra day. To calculate the bill for your stay,
we will take into account the number of nights that you've spent at the campsite. The
bill can be paid on the day of departure or some days before. If you need to change the
day of departure that you booked, you need to inform the reception on the day of
arrival. If you fail to do that, we will have to charge for the total amount of days that you
initially booked.
Conditions for the admission of pets. They need to have Vaccination Documentation
and they need to be always tied. Animals can't enter the bathroom or pool areas. Dogs
will have to be ALWAYS tied, they have to go outside the campsite to relieve
themselves and it's forbidden to leave them alone in the place. Animals are not allowed
on bungalow bookings.
It would not be permitted the entrance of 18 year-old minors without the company of an
adult who is their person in charge.
Children below the age of 10 must always be accompanied by a responsible in all the
installation of the campsite, particularly in the toilets and the swimming pool.
The car must be parked inside the place or the parking outside the campsite, they can
never be in the roads or inside other places. Cars may only be washed in the place
specifically marked on the campsite map, never inside the places or on the road.
Visits to campers must be previously indicated at reception, the campsite reserves the
right to expel the visits that have not passed to reception. Visits are not permitted
between 24h. and 8h.
All fires are completely forbidden where not in suitable barbecues and duly controlled.
Special attention must be paid on windy days.
PUT RUBBISH IN BAGS and throw them into the containers located at the entrance to
the campsite, next to reception.

We recommend not to leave valuable objects or large amounts of money in the caravan
or tent.

Safes are available at reception. Campers are responsible for their own belongings: cars,
caravans, bicycles, etc.
In the event of wishing to use pegs longer than 30cm., please inform Reception
beforehand.
People should respect in all moment the rest of the neighbours, specially at night.
We don't accept credit cards.

Any irregularity in the campsite operation must be communicated immediately at
Reception.
The campsite does not accept groups, only families with a maximum of 6 persons.

Inside the rules of the campsite…
Respect our flowers, bushes and trees.
Make rational use of water and electricity, you will contribute to the conservation of
environment and not to waste natural resources.
Please be discrete when handing out your washing.
Help us in the selective collection of waste by separating your waste according to its
nature ( paper / card, glass, plastic, cans ) and throw them into the containers used for
this purpose at the entrance, next to the Reception.
If you have any special residue like fluorescent lights, car batteries, light bulbs, bicycle
tires, etc. you can tell the reception, where we can tell you where to leave them.

STRICT RULES
Client compromise to leave the campsite in case of:
Jumping the campsite fence, that is, getting out or getting in through a point
different from the campsite entrance.
Not respecting the swimming pool timetable.
An owner of a dog should be warned several times for not complying the dog
rules from the campsite.
Manipulation of some of the light boxes of the campsite.
Not maintaining a low volume on TV or music, neighbours must be able to have
rest. Forbidden music or TV apparels in outdoor seating and swimming pools.
Introducing persons at the camping without reception authorisation.

Clients should do proper use of campsite installations, leaving them in good conditions.

FAQ’s

What are the hours
of our reception desk?

Reception is open from 9:00 to 21:00 from
March 31 to September 30. You can check in
from 9:00 in the morning until 23:30 at night
(from 21:00 to 23:30 the check-in is provisional
and confirmation the next day is required).

Do we accept
credit cards?

No, only cash. However, in the village there
are different banks with automatic teller
machines.

¿Can I have visits?

Yes, but they need to stop at the reception
before coming in and they can only use the
minimum services (toilets and bar). They must
leave their car on the parking.

¿Are pets allowed?

Yes, except in the bungalows. Everyone
responsible of the pets must have their
vaccination record. Pets must be tied at all
times and they can't be left alone in the places.

¿Can I have a barbecue?

Yes, but only if you use barbecue coal. You
need to place the barbecue on your own place,
and be careful with the wind. Barbecues can't
be on the floor.

How far is the
campground from the sea? We are located 1 km from the beach.

How can I rent a car?

We work with a car rental agency and can
handle all of the arrangements at reception.
Two requirements: you must be at least 21
years of age and have a credit card.

Can I reserve
a specific campsite?

We do not reserve specific campsites although
we always try to accommodate the
preferences of our customers.

Can we bring a second
car to the campsite?

As long as space is available in the campsite; if
not, it will be necessary to leave it in the parking
area beside the reception area; the maximum
number of persons per campsite is 6.

  • 6. ACTIVITIES What to do in l'Estartit MINI-GOLF MONT-PLA | The mini-golf is in front of the campsite and it has other services such as trampolines, tennis courts and other games. There's also a bar with terrace and cocktail lounge. BIRD OBSERVATORY | 1 km away from the campsite there's a small wooden house hidden from the main road that allows the chance to do some bird watching. You can see ducks and other birds that live around the Ter Vell. NAUTILUS | Nautilus is a glass bottom boat that offers a different trip around the Medes Islands. When you visit its bottom cabins, with big windows, you can see all the wonders from the Medes' wildlife. THE BEACH | A beach with an extension of more than 5 km with fine sand and shallow waters, ideal to enjoy the sun and lots of water activities. CORSARI NEGRE | This pirate boat will show the route to the Medes Islands in a whole new way, ideal for the children to enjoy. CARRILET | The small train from l'Estartit goes around the most important streets of the town, it's a good opportunity to move around in a comfortable way, or to spend a nice moment enjoying the town's atmosphere. KAYAK | With guided excursions, kayaking is an original way to visit the coast. Discover a new way to enjoy the trip and, if the weather allows it, there's nothing better than having a swim near the Medes Islands to recover for the return. SNORKEL | Daylight and night-time trips in the Medes Islands or the coast, depending on the weather. With the tube and water goggles, you can see the incredible flora and fauna that characterizes the area. 06
  • 7. 07 DIVING | For beginners, there's an option for a first diving to connect with the sea and, for the more experienced, a course or diving in the Medes Island; a paradise for divers around the world and a can't-miss sensation. BIKING ROUTES | Our surroundings offer several biking routes with different levels of difficulty, depending on age. At the campsite, you can rent some bicycles and we can lend you route maps to plan your excursion. HORSE RIDING | Hípica Paguina, 1 km from the campsite, offers classes and the chance to do rides from 1 hour to several days. TENNIS | Just in front of the campsite there are three tennis courts where you can also rent the material to play. They also offer classes and starting courses. HIKING | The Montgri and the cultivation and mountain area surrounding l'Estartit allows for several routes for nature enthusiasts. At the reception, you can find maps and information to spend a day discovering all our nature. SAILING | The Costa Brava is known for the wind, which is essential fully enjoy a day on a sailing boat. You can take some classes or book an excursion as long as the wind allows it. ACTIVITIES FISHING | There's a specific area in the beach where you can fish with a rod. From May 15th until September 15th it's only allowed from 7 p.m. until 8 a.m. in order to respect the swimmers.
  • 8. ACTIVITIES KITE-SURF | This sport has just arrived in our coast and it has gotten popular really fast, with its own area on the beach. If the wind is favourable, the sky is full of colour from all the kiters. You can take classes and rent some material. BEACH VOLLEY AND FOOTBALL | In the beach, you can find volley nets and football goals, and you probably can find some people willing to join your team and have a good time. QUADS | Some companies offer quad rental with a guide 2-hour or half-a-day excursions; a new adventure! GROUP BICYCLES | You can rent bicycles for 4, 6 or 8 people for 1 hour or longer. The trips are ideal for all the family or a group of friends. A fun new way to visit the town. 08
  • 9. GYM | 300 m from the campsite there's a gym that offers the chance to go for a day or for all your holiday stay. The gym has exercise machines as well as some classes so you can stay fit during your holidays. MICROLIGHT AIRCRAFT | A trip through the sky to enjoy L'Estartit from a different perspective. You might even get to pilot the plane! KARTING | On thr road between l'Estartit and Torroella de Montgri, there are two race courses: one for children and another for real competitions between adults. BOWLING | On Avinguda de Grecia there's a small bowling alley with several courses to have a great time. CARRIAGE TRIP | An old-time horse cart: a unique and quirky way to visit the streets of l'Estartit. WATER ROLLERS | A hybrid between a boat and a bicycle, you can navigate around the water while pedalling and stop for a swim in the middle of the sea. Some of the rollers have a slide, which makes the experience even funnier, especially for the youngest ones. You can rent the rollers at the beach. ACTIVITIES 09
  • 10. Torroella de Montgrí INTERESTING PLACES An ideal setting Figueres TORROELLA DE MONTGRÍ | 6 km away, there's Torroella de Montgri, a town with more than 1000 years of history. The traditional flare can be felt by its long and narrow streets, the town squares and medieval buildings. Weekly market on Mondays. Gothic church from the XIX century. Medieval castle. Empúries FIGUERES | About 39 km away from the campsite, this town offers several activities and visits. The main ones are the Dali Museum, one of the main painters of the Catalan surrealism, and Sant Ferran Castle, the biggest fortress from the XVII century. Les Ruïnes d'Ullastret EMPÚRIES | Emporion (market in ancient Greek) was founded on 575 b.C. by a Greek settlement, and right now, you can visit the ruins from this ancient city. You can see the museum from the ancient metropolis (Phoenician, Greek and Roman) and the outside ruins either by yourselves or with a guide. 10 ULLASTRET | Located 15 km away, a small agricultural village. Romanesque church, it retains part of its wall (13-16th Century) and its Gothic “llotja” (commodities market) with its surprisingly wide arches. To the northwest of the village lie the ruins of an ancient Iberian settlement (4th Century BC to 3rd Century AC), as well as a small museum.

Its history is intertwined with the history of the entire region. We recommend its pastry shops. La Bisbal d’Empordà 11 PERATALLADA | Located 17 km away, an important Medieval centre. It retains its old feudal appearance. Castle and palace (11-14th Century), town walls (12-13th Century), and Romanesque church (13th Century). The village retains its ancient layout in its narrow streets and provides numerous gastronomic options. Pals PALS | Located 15 km away, a rustic-touristic village. Romanesque church, it retains one of the towers of its ancient wall, along with a charming old quarter. Weekly street market. Golf course. Girona INTERESTING PLACES OTHER TOWNS | You may be interested in visiting Monells and Madremanya (next to La Bisbal) or, a little further, in the area of La Garrotxa, Besalu and its Romanic bridge or the hanging houses of Castellfollit de la Roca. Peratallada GIRONA | The cathedral, the Jewish quarter or Les Rambles are the prettiest and most representative parts of Girona. The Onyar River crosses the city and gives it special charm as it passes through the historic quarter.

  • 13. 13 Local festivities Sant Jordi (April 23rd ) Catalan festivity to celebrate the victory of Saint George against the dragon. It represents the day of the book and the rose. According to tradition, women give a book to their lover and men give a rose to theirs. Mediterrania Mar Obert Swimming traverse to the Medes Islands This fair fills l'Estartit of beautiful stands with typical products, different dances and all kinds of handcrafts for everyone to enjoy; ideal to spend a Mediterranean weekend! If the weather allows it, the swimmers will take on a 1'5 km (1 mile) journey, from the Medes Islands until l'Estartit. In a fishing town like l'Estartit, the environment calls for a fish and shell tasting. These days, some restaurante offer a special menu to please your palate. Corpus Carpets, flowers time in l'Estartit The central streets of the town get filled with colours thanks to the original and fun flower carpets made by the shop owners. If the wind is calm, the carpets stay all day long. Medes Pictures and Environment (MIMA) Sant Genis Festivities in Torroella de Montgri (August 25th ) A few days of festivities with several activities for all ages; the fair, the parades and the concerts are just a small taste. National Catalan Day (September 11th ) Bank holiday in Catalonia where all Catalans adorn their balconies and windows with Catalan flags and the squares get filled with music and sardanes (Catalan traditional dance) Wind Festivities This festival brings both professionals and aficionados of the submarine pictures. There are photo and video contests and, during the festival, there are several projections of films related to the Medes Islands around the streets. L'Estartit becomes, once again, a paradise for the sea lovers. The most representative activities of that weekend are kite flying and sailing and windsurfing competitions. There are also handcrafting tutorials for the youngest ones and, if the wind allows it, the sky gets filled with colours. Triathlon in l'Estartit During that weekend all the pirates gather in l'Estartit because the town gets filles of activities for them. Saint John's Eve (June 23rd ) Pirates and Corsairs in the Medes Islands On the night before Saint John, we celebrate the arrival of the summer solstice, the shortest night of the year. In l'Estartit, there's a party on the beach with a big bonfire and fireworks. Gastronomical Days “The Apple in the Kitchen” Comic book festival Some of the restaurants in town present quality menus with the apple as its main ingredient. Thos festival has, year after year, an increasing number of visitors. It offers activities to learn how to make comic books, author signings, drawing contests and a lot of comic book giveaways around the town. Torroella de Montgri Music Festival Musical concerts during July and August that want to emphasize the musical heritage of the country, including also the diversity that can be found outside our borders. Beatles Weekend The fans of this amazing band can't miss this event. Films, exhibits or concerts are some of the activities that this weekend offers. Weekly Markets Carme Festivities (July 16th ) MONDAY | Torroella de Montgrí, Blanes, Olot, Colera The Carme Virgin is the saint patron of the fishermen, so there are processions until the harbour with Carme as the protagonist. The boats offer the opportunity to make a tour around the Medes Islands in company of Saint Carme. WEDNESDAY | Begur, Banyoles, St. Pere Pescador, Santa Anna Festivities (July 26th ) Dances, concerts in the beach and artisanal stands fill l'Estartit. The main attractions of the day are the town's giants, Xiscu and Remei.   • 16. REGULATION Internal regulations Every person that enters the campsite has to obey with the rules posted at the reception. Here you can find a list of the most important rules. For any doubts, the rules at the reception are the ones that prevail. Every person who gets into the Campsite is forced to fulfil this regulation. From 24h. to 8h.. Period of silence. The circulation of vehicle in ALL PARTS OF THE CAMPSITE is forbidden, except in exceptional cases of emergency (ambulance, doctor or similar). Opening time of the Campsite and free circulation of vehicles from 8h. to 24h. The maximum speed allowed in the Camping is of 5 Km/h. The places must be free and clean before 12h. and the bungalows before 11h. Anyone that surpasses that time will have to pay the extra day. To calculate the bill for your stay, we will take into account the number of nights that you've spent at the campsite. The bill can be paid on the day of departure or some days before. If you need to change the day of departure that you booked, you need to inform the reception on the day of arrival. If you fail to do that, we will have to charge for the total amount of days that you initially booked. Conditions for the admission of pets. They need to have Vaccination Documentation and they need to be always tied. Animals can't enter the bathroom or pool areas. Dogs will have to be ALWAYS tied, they have to go outside the campsite to relieve themselves and it's forbidden to leave them alone in the place. Animals are not allowed on bungalow bookings. It would not be permitted the entrance of 18 year-old minors without the company of an adult who is their person in charge. Children below the age of 10 must always be accompanied by a responsible in all the installation of the campsite, particularly in the toilets and the swimming pool. The car must be parked inside the place or the parking outside the campsite, they can never be in the roads or inside other places. Cars may only be washed in the place specifically marked on the campsite map, never inside the places or on the road. Visits to campers must be previously indicated at reception, the campsite reserves the right to expel the visits that have not passed to reception. Visits are not permitted between 24h. and 8h. All fires are completely forbidden where not in suitable barbecues and duly controlled. Special attention must be paid on windy days. PUT RUBBISH IN BAGS and throw them into the containers located at the entrance to the campsite, next to reception. 16
  • 17. We recommend not to leave valuable objects or large amounts of money in the caravan or tent. 17 Safes are available at reception. Campers are responsible for their own belongings: cars, caravans, bicycles, etc. In the event of wishing to use pegs longer than 30cm., please inform Reception beforehand. People should respect in all moment the rest of the neighbours, specially at night. We don't accept credit cards. Any irregularity in the campsite operation must be communicated immediately at Reception. The campsite does not accept groups, only families with a maximum of 6 persons. Inside the rules of the campsite… Respect our flowers, bushes and trees. Make rational use of water and electricity, you will contribute to the conservation of environment and not to waste natural resources. Please be discrete when handing out your washing. Help us in the selective collection of waste by separating your waste according to its nature ( paper / card, glass, plastic, cans ) and throw them into the containers used for this purpose at the entrance, next to the Reception. If you have any special residue like fluorescent lights, car batteries, light bulbs, bicycle tires, etc. you can tell the reception, where we can tell you where to leave them. STRICT RULES Client compromise to leave the campsite in case of: Jumping the campsite fence, that is, getting out or getting in through a point different from the campsite entrance. Not respecting the swimming pool timetable. An owner of a dog should be warned several times for not complying the dog rules from the campsite. Manipulation of some of the light boxes of the campsite. Not maintaining a low volume on TV or music, neighbours must be able to have rest. Forbidden music or TV apparels in outdoor seating and swimming pools. Introducing persons at the camping without reception authorisation. REGULATION Clients should do proper use of campsite installations, leaving them in good conditions.
  • 18. REGULATION FAQ’s 1 What are the hours of our reception desk? Reception is open from 9:00 to 21:00 from March 31 to September 30. You can check in from 9:00 in the morning until 23:30 at night (from 21:00 to 23:30 the check-in is provisional and confirmation the next day is required). Do we accept credit cards? No, only cash. However, in the village there are different banks with automatic teller machines. 2 3 ¿Can I have visits? 4 Yes, but they need to stop at the reception before coming in and they can only use the minimum services (toilets and bar). They must leave their car on the parking. ¿Are pets allowed? 5 6 Yes, except in the bungalows. Everyone responsible of the pets must have their vaccination record. Pets must be tied at all times and they can't be left alone in the places. ¿Can I have a barbecue? Yes, but only if you use barbecue coal. You need to place the barbecue on your own place, and be careful with the wind. Barbecues can't be on the floor. How far is the campground from the sea? We are located 1 km from the beach. 7 How can I rent a car? We work with a car rental agency and can handle all of the arrangements at reception. Two requirements: you must be at least 21 years of age and have a credit card. Can I reserve a specific campsite? We do not reserve specific campsites although we always try to accommodate the preferences of our customers. Can we bring a second car to the campsite? As long as space is available in the campsite; if not, it will be necessary to leave it in the parking area beside the reception area; the maximum number of persons per campsite is 6. 8 9 18
