& Den offers a convenient To-Go option so you can maximise your time
out in the sunshine.

beach and staring into the sparkling turquoise ocean. The Anchor Lounge
has a convenient Grab & Go area featuring delicious “Coffee House Style”
premium coffee, freshly-crafted juices made to order (until 11am), sweet
and savoury crepes from our Creperie Station and homemade pastries
and breads that are baked from scratch by our Pastry Chef everyday.
The Den offers a wholesome American breakfast buffet with a
Caribbean twist, featuring hot and cold breakfast offerings, a variety of
freshly made breads and pastries, our signature omelet station plus so

part of the ultimate Beach House Experience. Your vacation starts the
moment you set foot on the powdery white sand of Seven Mile Beach.
Our Beach & Pool Ambassadors are there to help you find the perfect
place to unwind and enjoy your day by the sea. Once you are situated,
they will offer you freshly pressed towels and help you set up your sun
lounger and umbrella. They will even go out of their way to re-position
your umbrella so that you always have shade. Plus if you decide you want
a bite to eat or drink, they will offer snacks and cocktails that you can
savour from your beach chair. We also have a dedicated Sunglasses
Concierge who will make sure that your sunglasses are smudge and
sand-free. Let us pamper you!

At our Beach House, the signature scent is sun tan lotion – a delicious
blend of tropical, fruity and coconut smells that evoke the feeling of
summer. This fragrance always takes us back to that perfect moment on
the beach, with the soft white sand at your fingertips and the view of the
sparkling turquoise ocean playfully calling you in. This is what summer is
all about!
Sunscreen is a staple at our resort but even with the best intentions,
it is so easy to lounge on the beach all day long and soak in just a little too
much sun. We encourage you to take advantage of our Sun Burn Relief
Station located near the entrance to the pool and beach (close to the
Towel Hut). Natural remedies such as cold towels, freshly cut cucumber
and Aloe Vera leaves can help relieve sunburns while local, organic and
paraben-free skincare products can help soothe and moisturise skin.

One of the most enjoyable ways you can spend a beautiful breezy
morning in Grand Cayman is by discovering the island by bicycle. We
were inspired by memories of riding along through the picturesque
countryside with loved ones during our own vacation experiences and
wanted to re-create these special moments for our guests by offering
Linus bike rentals, which is covered by the Resort Fee. Inspired by the
French bicycle design of the 50’s and 60’s, Linus bikes embody the simple
elegance and pure form of that golden era but have all the benefits of
modern comfort and reliability. Take a Linus bike and travel brilliantly!

on your bike ride. Discover a perfect spot at a nearby beach or park to
lay down a blanket and share a picnic with friends and family. We would
be more than happy to organise a picnic basket for you to take on your
journey. We can personalise it as much as you want – all you have to do is
tell us what you would like to be included in your basket. You can choose
from all the food items offered at our restaurants or we will do our best
to accommodate special requests.

6. We offer a variety of fun activities to bring you back to that summer
state-of-mind like making S’mores at our beach bonfire nights, doing
yoga by the sea, watching poolside movies under the stars, stargazing
with a knowledgeable guide and enjoying summertime treats like cotton
candy and popcorn on a hot day by the pool.
Our Kids Club programme is also jam-packed with wonderful
activities for our junior guests ages 5 – 12. Kathryn, our famous Kids Club
Coordinator, has chosen activities that families could do together like
pottery painting, games in the pool, stargazing and scavenger hunts.
Our aim has been to make it about reconnecting and bonding with
loved ones. We have a Games Zone that is fun for the whole family and
includes classic games like snooker, ping-pong, air hockey and foosball.
Every Wednesday, our Kids Club also hosts a Pajama Party from
6:30–9:30pm so that parents can enjoy a night out. Children are invited
to play games, make a craft and watch a movie. This is a complimentary
service for parents attending the Lobster Fete, which takes place at
Veranda on Wednesdays and is adjacent to the Kids Club.

You can ask anyone who has been to Cayman, watching the sunset is
a magical experience. Nothing compares to the sound of crashing waves,
the feel of the soft warm breeze and the perfect view of the turquoise
ocean as the sun sets on the horizon. When the sun finally sinks into the
sea it opens a wide-open sky revealing picture-perfect pastels painted
across the closing dusk.
And if you are lucky enough to witness the sunset when the
atmospheric conditions are just right, you might be able to see the
‘Green Flash.’ It is the briefest flash of green just as the last glimmer of
sun slips past the horizon. It is a very special moment and the anticipation
of catching the Green Flash is something that many of us look forward to.
The Cayman sunset captivates a passionate audience and you often
see admirers sitting along the beach just to catch the last beautiful
moments of the day. At our Beach House, we love making a ritual out
of the breathtaking sunset. We set up distinctive furniture right on our
beachfront at the end of the day so you have the perfect backdrop to
take pictures as the sun goes down. We welcome you to join us for our
Sunset Ritual, it is not to be missed.

becoming the cosmopolitan capital of the Caribbean. More than 106
different nationalities can be found, bringing with them various customs

gastronomic influences stemming from South America, the Caribbean,

House. At our restaurants, we provide fresh, authentic and innovative
dishes. We travel the world to find inspiration for our gastronomic

Our Beach House is proud to support the thriving Farm-To-Table
movement in Cayman. Where we can in our kitchen, we choose local and
sustainably grown produce. We have close relationships with a number
of farmers based in the East End of the island and our chefs frequently
visit them to handpick the fruits, vegetables and other items that will be
the ingredients of many of our innovative dishes. Our Food & Beverage
programme changes with the seasons and we use local food to inspire
many of the dishes and the cocktails that our guests enjoy. We love to
eat local in Cayman!

Steve grew up in a small coastal village near Nantes, France. His
parents are farmers and his mother always cooked using produce from
their farm, including many types of vegetables, poultry and eggs. Steve’s
passion for cooking is rooted in his childhood when we would make
desserts with his mother, using only fresh products from their farm. He
knew he wanted to be chef at the young age of 10 years old. He also loved
to go fishing, a hobby that he is still passionate about today. His love for
fishing and seafood has inspired many of his signature dishes, including
his famous Bouillabaisse.
“Cooking has always been a part of my life. From when I was a child in
France helping my mother prepare meals for the family made from
only products grown on our farm – it is something that I have always
been passionate about. Throughout my career my culinary vision
grew to incorporate influences from my experiences in Europe and
the Caribbean. My philosophy has always been to use fresh, local and
wholesome ingredients and this is a tradition that I continue to share

Our talented mixologists use homemade syrups, infused waters and
dehydrated fruits to create their unique botanical blends.
On Friday nights we also have our resident DJ spinning the ultimate
summer soundtrack for our guests. It is the perfect way to get into the
groove for the weekend.

We like to think of our feature bar in Anchor & Den as a focal point
of our Great Room. A gathering place to reunite, reconnect and relax –

a time when our bar is in full swing. Buzzing with energy, it is hot spot for
guests to indulge in our Raw Bar and try one (or many) of our handcrafted
cocktails or tasty sodas. Enjoy classics from our popular Raw Bar such as
Blue Point Oysters (shucked in front of you!), Tuna Tartar and Snow Crab
Claws as well as ceviche, tiraditos, sushi and sashimi. They are as fresh

Our Bomboneria features exquisite chocolates and truffles made
by our in-house Chocolatier, Denise. The branding of our Bomboneria
salutes the first pioneers of chocolate – monkeys! These amazing
creatures were the first to discover the cacao pod and therefore the
cocoa beans inside. Monkeys would break open the cacao pods to get
to the delicious pulp that surrounded the beans. Little did they know
that when they would eat the pulp and spit out the beans they were also
spreading the beans, which led to cacao trees growing all over South and
Central America. Looking back, we have these monkeys to thank for all
our favorite chocolate creations. Open from 3–10pm everyday at Anchor
& Den, next to our Gelateria.

During the New Moon every month, we create a sacred space and
dim the lights in Anchor & Den for an evening of candlelight, vibrating
tunes and smoldering white sage to honor the celestial cycles of our

that the moon is empty, receptive and full of potential. It is the optimum
time to look deep within and discover your hopes and dreams. Setting
intentions during a New Moon is a powerful and meaningful way to align
with the world around us and provide guidance in our lives. We believe
that sharing a sacred space helps magnify the power of our intentions.
We welcome you to join us for our signature Dark Night event and
enjoy an evening of Apothecary elixirs, holistic bites, stargazing and
intention setting. Taking place on the Friday closest to the New Moon

Corporate meetings and events no longer have to be such formal
occasions. Here in Cayman we are all about enjoying the island’s endless
summer. Our appreciation for the laid-back local culture is even reflected
in how we run our events.
Our aim is to be true innovators of Cayman’s hospitality industry
by positioning our events with a comprehensive program that really
understands the needs of a new generation of meeting guests who have
modern health and holistic needs.
We believe in an abundance of all that is authentic. We want to be the
company that gets you. Work meetings can be stressful. Many traditional
business events focus on efficiency and productivity but nothing much
beyond that. We want to bring back the fun.
With this in mind, we have come up with an all-embracing program
that connects health, body and mind. This includes a healthy culinary
offering with local and organic food options. Our Chefs can even build
special menus around different types of “superfoods” and explain the
benefits. We provide our signature ‘Mental Break Boxes’ that include
aromatherapy oils, literature on wellness and mandala de-stressing kits
to aid in relaxation.
We also incorporate natural elements in our décor for the meetings
such as terrariums. We love their restorative and calming effects, which
encourage renewed energy and wellbeing. We even partner with a local
nutritionist or yoga teacher who can share their knowledge and give
advice on how to live a healthier lifestyle.
