We can also assist with your home care. We provide an enhanced level of technical assistance and expertise within the Asset Management Teams of Housing Associations. Project manage on a ‘day to day’ basis. We ensure delivery, in accordance with the specification and agreed programmes of your organisation. Create bespoke specification of works. Sign off completed properties and ensure the quality of work meets standards agreed. Monitor expenditure within approved budgets. We work closely with: Traumatic Injury Solicitors, Wills & Probate Solicitors, Occupational Therapists, Home Care Providers, Estate Agents, Mobility suppliers, Housing Associations & other Housing Professionals.
