It is my great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Barbara Bettollini. I have
had the pleasure of viewing Barbara professional development over the past seven
years, and I can state with confidence that she is a motivated and responsible person
with a high degree of integrity. As such, I expect that she will be a very positive addition
to your organization.
As the regional service manager, I feel that I know Barbara quite well. She began
working as service team leader in our company. In this role, she had a considerable
amount of responsibilities, and she handled them effortlessly. During these 7 years
managing the local field engineers, she showed as well her skills to communicate with
both customers and the sales staff, and due to her dedication and attention to detail, our
company decided to ask Barbara to assume as well some pre-sales activity, where we
saw an increase in sales during this period.
Barbara takes the initiative to identify problems and devise solutions. Her role requires
strong communication skills, and she has shown that she not only has these skills, but
that she also has the ability to inspire respect and cooperation in teammates. She has
shown that she is a very intelligent person with a mind well-suited to the world of
business and management.
I was particularly impressed by her strong communication skills. Part of her job involved
contacting high-profile customers, and addressing their needs and meeting their
demands. She showed very strong organizational and management abilities, and she
was very orderly, with the ability to learn quickly. If anything, Barbara was at times too
eager to complete tasks successfully and quickly, which ultimately serves as proof of her
dedicated ambition to succeed and excel.
Barbara was active in asking questions and seeking solutions to problems, and if she
encountered problems or made an error, she had the courage to admit the mistake, take
responsibility, and immediately seek to rectify the situation. Throughout her time in this
position, Barbara consistently strove for excellence.
