Bankruptcy Chapter 13 dismissal Please Help? I paid my Chapter 13 bankruptcy back in 2/10 after 5 years and all I owe is $800 0.00 to the lawyer. The trustee has filed a motion to dismiss my case and not di scharge. Is it because I owe that money to the lawyer? How can I stop this from happening.
