Even though you’ll be able to eat all the sweets you want once you’ve complete the Diabetes Free Program, eating clean is still a good idea. Not only will it prevent you from becoming diabetic again, it will also help you keep the weight off.

3. Way to do it: We clean the apples and take out the core.
4. Then we bake the walnuts and after that we crush them and mix them with the sugar, vanilla, lemon peel, cinnamon, the milk and butter. We mix them well in order to obtain a paste.
6. Separately we put baking paper in a tray and put the apples on it. We put them into the oven and let them bake for 40 minutes, until the apples turn golden.
7. We take them out and serv them with milk or cream.
