With the use of MBS approach, school institution as an operational unit which manage everything directly. The whole components that are principals, teachers, school committees and society should prepare themselves and actively involved in improving educational qualities.
In order to conduct school effectively, the school needs an effective leadership as well. Principals are actors who playing the most significant roles as a leader in MBS to manifest vision to be a feasible mission for improving services and schools’ qualities.
