March 2008
To whom it may concern,
It is a privilege and an honor to write this letter of recommendation of behalf
of Aylar Ibrahimoglu. Aylar joined GM Nameplate in May of 2007 when we hired
her as a Marketing Assistant to work on special projects. In her time with us, Aylar
lead our effort on three (3) critical programs for GM Nameplate; our annual customer
survey, digital media development for several key programs and an important in-
plant marketing initiative.
In each of these programs, Aylar played a key role in both the development
of strategy and in the analysis and tactical actions required to complete our projects.
She worked well with little supervision; taking great care to assure her work was
done accurately and completely. Aylar functioned as a very reliable member of our
team and consistently delivered high quality work, on schedule.
At GM Nameplate, we operate entirely in English. English is a second
language to Aylar, yet she demonstrated a strong ability to understand all that was
shared with her and effectively communicate within the team. In addition, many of
the projects required written analysis and conclusions, as well, with which Aylar did
a fine job.
In summary, I highly recommend Aylar to any employer seeking a smart,
capable, efficient team player as part of their organization. She is a pleasure to have
on our team and would be welcomed back, should she ever return to the USA. We
are sad to see her go and wish her the highest success in all that she does. If you have
further questions, I welcome the opportunity to further expand my recommendation.
Best Regards,
Gerry Gallagher
