The Jumpseat is a minimal auditorium seating system that uses less space than typical stadium or theater seats and a unique hinge mechanism to minimize materials. It was designed for a 150-person auditorium with minimal, clean interior where traditional seats would clash. Existing options did not fit the narrow risers or visual style, so a new kind of seat was needed that served the unique space rather than conforming to traditional standards.
