We have helped thousands of Artists. We have been recognized by Mayor Eric Garcetti for our efforts. UNIQUE METHOD What makes our business even more unique is that it pertains to a specific market of primarily younger film and music industry artists by which we include aditional shared amenities such as film production studios, sound recording rooms, band rehersal space, etc. ECONOMICAL LIVE / WORK CO-LIVING SPACE Co-Living is the least expensive form of non-subsidized rental housing. 2

OUR ADVANTAGE ABOVE THECOMPETITION Highly decorated United States Army Veteran, Kelvin Ray Xuna, graduated Harvard University in 2008 with a Masters in Housing and Urbanization from the Graduate School of Design. His emphasis was Real Estate Development, Finance, and Project Management of Prefabricated modular housing with New Urbanism concepts, such as Co-living housing, which he deems “the future of multi-family housing.” 9
