6th Annual Whitaker St. Louis Film Festival (Through Sun. Nov. 12) — The
26th Annual Whitaker St. Louis International Film Festival, held Nov. 2-12, is excited
to unveil the narrative and documentary features that comprise this year’s SLIFF lineup. Among the highlights
are such St. Louis-related works as “Atomic Homefront,” opening-night film “Bad Grandmas,” and “For Ahkeem”
and such festival buzz films as “Call Me by Your Name,” “Dahmer,” “Darkest Hour,” “Film Stars Don’t Die in Liv-

First Fridays at the St. Louis Science Center—”Stargate” (Fri. Nov. 3; check website for schedule/
times) — This month’s event, “Stargate,” features a meet and greet with Connor Trinneer who portrayed Trip

Schlafly’s Full Moon Festival at the Downtown Tap Room (Sat. Nov. 4, 4-9pm) — What better way to
celebrate the harvest full moon than with Schlafly beer, a pig roast, live music and fall themed activities? Join
Schlafly by the fire for their Full Moon Festival and raise your glass in tribute to the season, as you nosh on a

Recycles Day at Chesterfield Central Park (Sat. Nov. 4, 9 am-1 pm) — In an effort to promote energy
conservation and recycling, a drive-thru recycling collection will be available at 16365 Lydia Hill Drive. First

Freedom Fridays at Ballpark Village (Fri. Nov. 3, doors open at 6 pm) — PBR St. Louis and Ballpark Vil-

St. Louis Hot Cider Hustle 5K in Forest Park (Sat. Nov. 4, 8:30-10:30 am) — Are you ready to run? Join

“The Great Candy Exchange” at the Healthworks! Kids’ Museum St. Louis (Sun. Nov. 5, 12-4 pm)
