healthy spirit, healthy mind and even healthy optimism. And the healthy body and organism are
often the results of the proper attitude towards life. And the first thing it requires is the proper
balanced nutrition.

People have faced the influence of such external factors of aggressive environment on human

Moreover, by the end of the 20th
century people have moved les, the nutrition structure and
quality have changed. A contemporary human being cannot get all necessary biologically active
substances from food. So people need some additional sources of such substances that human
being can get from BAFS by Vision.

Threpsology is a branch of science concerned with the role and significance of biologically
active substances in food. Researchers have discovered over 120 biologically active substances
the humans need. Among the sources of beneficial elements are medicinal plants, seafood,

designing unique formulas for new products, of which human being can get the necessaty

There are two main lines of biologically active food supplements offered by Vision. They are:
- Classic Hit products
- Direct Hit products.
Direct Hit products are specifically designed to support the body in an active state. The structure
of Direct Hit line includes four progressive complexes:

- Complex for men;
- Complex for men
Each complex has its own mission, but all of them share one goal - aid the body in various stages

The most popular line o food supplements by Vision is the Classic Hit line. This is the line of
basic products by Vision, proven by millions of satisfied customers.
The components contained in the Classic Hit products act to sustain the human health in the
everyday life. The products in that line are most popular thanks to their balanced composition
and high quality.

Antiox+/ helps in rejuvenating the organism and making it healthier, assists in protecting blood
vessels against the harmful impact of free radicals. This complex is recommended to protect

Powder capsules process consists o several levels:
1st
level is Cutting Sieving Decontamination. The result of this stage – plants that « are ready tu
use ». With the help of freeze grinding these plants turn into powder. Freeze grinding allows to
retain beneficial properties of the plant components.
The 3d stage is mixing – the mix off all ingredient for products.
After this stage it is necessary to add all this composition sheet into capsule shell.
So, the 4th
stage is Encapsulation.
And the last stage, is packaging in bottles or blisters.
Slide 20 and Slide 21: “Source materials for production”.
At making the products for Vision source materials from various regions of the world are used.
At selecting the region such factors are taken into account as the air rarefaction degree, the
height of the growth area above the sea level, the mean annual temperature, the humidity level,
the ultraviolet radiation intensity, the orientation of the growth area as concerns the four corners
of the earth and the wind rose.

Each new product is given its birth by the Research and Development Department.
For new developments of the laboratory enormous amounts of plants are purchased the world
over:
40% - in Europe, 25 % – in Asia, 20 % – in Africa, and 15 % - in America.
Slide 23: “Production process”.
At the manufacture of Vision BAFS the most efficient technology of all known today, freeze grinding, is
utilized that allows to retain beneficial properties of the plant components. Freeze grinding is a process of
grinding plants down to the dust-like state without using high temperatures, with the impact of liquid
nitrogen. Nitrogen makes it possible to prevent oxidation of active plant elements that is inevitable with
traditional grinding methods. At the last stages the source materials are mixed in precise proportions and
encapsulated. The final stage is packing the capsules in jars or blister packages.

5. Slide 24 and 25: “Freeze grinding”
The process of freeze grinding consists of 4 stages:
1. Liquid nitrogen (boiling point : – 196° C) is used to obtain the required temperature
2. The plants are dried, cut and frozen in liquid nitrogen before being ground
3. The average grinding temperature of the plants is near to – 100° C
4. At this very low temperature, the plant becomes very easy to be broken and powdered

All ARKOCAPS are made with constituents of 100% plant origin. The gelatine has been discarded by
ARKOPHARMA to avoid any question about a product of animal origin.
The envelope of the capsule is made from cellulose of plant origin, and contribute to the natural excipient
Slide 27 and Slide 28: “Quality Assurance”.
Vision bioactive supplements are produced under conditions that fully conform to GMP
standards. GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards are the rules worked out in the U.S.A.
in 1963 for producing pharmaceuticals. In accordance with them, every producer of
pharmaceuticals has to ensure that the following conditions are met: high quality source
materials, usage of modern know-how, availability of well-planned buildings and high-
technology equipment, and highly qualified production personnel. In addition, all Vision
products undergo repeated laboratory tests before they are made available to consumers. At the
