FOIA response from GCPS pertaining to information presented to Senator Tommy Norment and the Virginia General Assembly as described in an article in the April 21, 2021 Daily Press by Matt Jones and states the following:
“When I went up to Richmond and I met on the floor with Senator Norment and we showed the General Assembly pictures, we didn’t show them pictures of debt service,” Clemon’s said. “We showed them pictures of Gloucester High School.”
