Project Title: Seawater Absorption and FTIR Analysis of GFRP Nanocomposites
Organization: R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore
Duration: one year
Description: The main objective of this study was focused on the seawater absorption behavior of
(0 - 4 wt. %) C-15A/vinylester/glass nanocomposites at 30 ºC and 50 ºC for nearly 5000 hours
of seawater immersion. Also, a detail chemical analysis of Glass Fibre Reinforced Polymer
(GFRP) nanocomposites using (FTIR) Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy was performed.

Description: The main objective was to make the hydraulic system rotating or tilting the trolley to 90deg
angle from axis and lift it to dump the material in that required position all by hydraulic
actuation by hand lever pumping in the model and use the engine power for hydraulic actuation
in the actual vehicle.
