This document discusses superhealing through music and consciousness. It states that superhealing involves the mass consciousness merging with the core consciousness of the universe and one's inner experiences. This manifests primarily through Namasmaran. In addition, holistic growth in all sciences and arts, including music, also characterizes superhealing. Music can profoundly influence both the apparent and inner universes, and if understood properly, can be beneficial. Certain ragas are suggested to heal specific conditions by influencing the five principles of the universe: fire, earth, water, wind and space. However, this is hypothesized and has not been verified through experiments.
Holistic Education, Economy And Health Drsrinishriya
The document discusses Dr. Shrinivas Kashalikar's view that implementing a holistic and productive education system can improve economies, health, and reduce stress. It argues that mainstream education neglects spiritual and productive domains. Introducing a productive domain component, like crafts and skills, into 25% of school time could make education accessible to all by making schools self-sufficient. This would reduce stress, dropout rates, unemployment and associated social problems.
The concept of bath is more profound than just physical cleanliness. Bathing directly influences all cells in the body through effects on the nervous, endocrine, immune, and metabolic systems. While these effects are not fully described in physiology texts, bathing provides 10 benefits including improved physical state, energy, strength, purity, life, health, invincibility, eliminating bad dreams, spiritual discipline, and enlightened intelligence. Reciting prayers before bathing can further link one to their culture, history, and reduce feelings of isolation. Bathing 3 times daily may provide benefits for conditions like diabetes through effects on metabolism and energy production in the body.
The author describes feeling suffocated by concepts of God that demanded unquestioning surrender and challenged individual freedom. However, through practicing Namasmaran - remembering the divine name - the author realized there is no need to believe or disbelieve in God. Namasmaran can be practiced like bathing or brushing without faith or disbelief. It leads to objective changes in individuals and the universe becoming self-evident, removing prejudices about theists and atheists. The author invites the reader to verify if Namasmaran can narrow the gap between human ideals and practices.

This document discusses the differences between meditation and Total Stress Management (TSM). It provides instructions for different meditation techniques but warns that people are often selling and buying meditation for petty reasons like stress management. TSM involves understanding stress at its root causes and treating it holistically through intellectual efforts, considering social welfare rather than just individual welfare. TSM teaches that emotional activities like meditation cannot substitute for intellectual solutions to personal and social problems. It aims for harmony of perspective, intelligence, emotions and the body through global cooperation.
This document provides information about tattoos and piercings, including how to choose designs and locations, health risks, and proper care. It discusses choosing a reputable tattoo or piercing studio and ensuring clean equipment. Healing times for various piercing locations are listed, ranging from 4-6 weeks for ear lobes to over a year for some cartilage piercings. Proper aftercare involves cleaning and moisturizing tattoos or using saline for piercings until fully healed.
Physical health is indicated by attributes like strength, coordination, endurance and good proportions. In aging populations, good memory, senses, sleep, mood and skin health also indicate physical well-being. However, true well-being is being connected to one's "true self" or "cosmic self" through a process called anusandhan, which appears to have a benevolent, enlightening and vitalizing effect on the universe. Whether the practice of namasmaran can help achieve this mental state of objective well-being is for readers to experience.
The document discusses how one's perceptions and reactions to things are shaped by their personality and paradigm. Seeing something very impressive can lead one to either desire it too much and think it is beyond their reach, or condemn it as "sour grapes" and not worth pursuing. Forced acquisition or renunciation will not lead to satisfaction and can exploit oneself or others. True bliss comes from evolving one's life in a way that leads to individual and global blossoming through remembrance of God.

The document describes the author's childhood visits to the Laxmi Narayan temple in Walaval, India. As a child, the author enjoyed the scenic drive through green areas and small shops selling snacks and tea. The centuries-old temple and nearby lake made strong impressions. As an adult, the author's beliefs drifted after learning Marxist analysis but they have since realized the importance of family deities in guiding individuals towards cosmic consciousness from a young age in a gentle way through participation in worship and cultural activities. Visiting the Laxmi Narayan temple continues to be a rejuvenating reminder of this guidance.

The document discusses restlessness as one of life's greatest enigmas. It describes restlessness as having an unknown origin and not being related to any particular want, though it can be compounded by things like hunger, thirst, insecurity, and sexual deprivation. The author complains about many things in life and nothing seems to fulfill or alleviate their restlessness, including sports, hobbies, and other creative activities. Their restlessness is exacerbated when confronted with conflicts between ideas of morality and the harsh realities of life. To overcome restlessness, the author must channel it productively through holistic self-development and specific efforts like spiritual practice and fulfilling one's duties, rather than blaming others.
The document discusses the concept of revolution. It states that as individual and social development progresses, concepts like "god", "freedom", and "revolution" change meanings. It describes how pursuits and struggles in life can revolve around survival, procreation, establishing power and control, or defending one's self, culture, or religion. Methods of revolution include warfare, but also public education, protests, and non-cooperation. Namasmran is remembering the name of God, one's guru, or great souls through chanting, singing, or silently. It is a way to reconnect one's physiological self with one's true spiritual self. Namasmran is considered the highest form of yoga and meditation as it is a culmination of all spiritual practices and aims to unify individual consciousness with objective cosmic consciousness. Regular practice of namasmran can help rise above commercial and material concerns and manifest higher purpose in one's life. It is an ocean of bliss that is beyond full description.

Dandelion Hashtable: beyond billion requests per second on a commodity serverAntonios Katsarakis
This slide deck presents DLHT, a concurrent in-memory hashtable. Despite efforts to optimize hashtables, that go as far as sacrificing core functionality, state-of-the-art designs still incur multiple memory accesses per request and block request processing in three cases. First, most hashtables block while waiting for data to be retrieved from memory. Second, open-addressing designs, which represent the current state-of-the-art, either cannot free index slots on deletes or must block all requests to do so. Third, index resizes block every request until all objects are copied to the new index. Defying folklore wisdom, DLHT forgoes open-addressing and adopts a fully-featured and memory-aware closed-addressing design based on bounded cache-line-chaining. This design offers lock-free index operations and deletes that free slots instantly, (2) completes most requests with a single memory access, (3) utilizes software prefetching to hide memory latencies, and (4) employs a novel non-blocking and parallel resizing. In a commodity server and a memory-resident workload, DLHT surpasses 1.6B requests per second and provides 3.5x (12x) the throughput of the state-of-the-art closed-addressing (open-addressing) resizable hashtable on Gets (Deletes).
"$10 thousand per minute of downtime: architecture, queues, streaming and fin...Fwdays
Direct losses from downtime in 1 minute = $5-$10 thousand dollars. Reputation is priceless.
As part of the talk, we will consider the architectural strategies necessary for the development of highly loaded fintech solutions. We will focus on using queues and streaming to efficiently work and manage large amounts of data in real-time and to minimize latency.
We will focus special attention on the architectural patterns used in the design of the fintech system, microservices and event-driven architecture, which ensure scalability, fault tolerance, and consistency of the entire system.

Essentials of Automations: Exploring Attributes & Automation ParametersSafe Software
Building automations in FME Flow can save time, money, and help businesses scale by eliminating data silos and providing data to stakeholders in real-time. One essential component to orchestrating complex automations is the use of attributes & automation parameters (both formerly known as “keys”). In fact, it’s unlikely you’ll ever build an Automation without using these components, but what exactly are they?
Attributes & automation parameters enable the automation author to pass data values from one automation component to the next. During this webinar, our FME Flow Specialists will cover leveraging the three types of these output attributes & parameters in FME Flow: Event, Custom, and Automation. As a bonus, they’ll also be making use of the Split-Merge Block functionality.
You’ll leave this webinar with a better understanding of how to maximize the potential of automations by making use of attributes & automation parameters, with the ultimate goal of setting your enterprise integration workflows up on autopilot.

What is an RPA CoE? Session 1 – CoE VisionDianaGray10
In the first session, we will review the organization's vision and how this has an impact on the COE Structure.
Topics covered:
• The role of a steering committee
• How do the organization’s priorities determine CoE Structure?
Speaker:
Chris Bolin, Senior Intelligent Automation Architect Anika Systems
How information systems are built or acquired puts information, which is what they should be about, in a secondary place. Our language adapted accordingly, and we no longer talk about information systems but applications. Applications evolved in a way to break data into diverse fragments, tightly coupled with applications and expensive to integrate. The result is technical debt, which is re-paid by taking even bigger "loans", resulting in an ever-increasing technical debt. Software engineering and procurement practices work in sync with market forces to maintain this trend. This talk demonstrates how natural this situation is. The question is: can something be done to reverse the trend?
