Duration: 1st April 2015 – ongoing
Description: It is a platform from where business user can search for any medical drug created in the
organization and then can find all the history related to that drug. He can also edit those drugs to create a new
drug. A newly created drug goes through a workflow involving many checks and approvals and finally
launched in the market. This project also handles the messaging communication between different parties
involved in the workflow of drug approval. Since this project has to read data from an end system of the client
so for good performance of the application we have used caching technology also.
Client: Johnson & Johnson USA.

This application automates the complaint handling process by mapping all the business activities in AgileApps
BPM process.
