This document discusses research conducted around withdrawal as a contraceptive method. It includes summaries of surveys and interviews with University of Texas students. The surveys found that most students are calculated risk takers and condoms are the preferred contraceptive. Interviews revealed peer influence, males being prepared while females rely on pills, and awareness of risks though knowing a partner makes a difference. Solutions proposed include condom design/events, educational pamphlets, TV screens on buses, and condom vending machines.
