Amendment in the creditization of paramedical programs

1. AMENDMENT IN THE CREDITIZATION OF PARAMEDICAL PROGRAMS ‐
As per the norms for Paramedical Programs finalised on the basis of the Resolution
(AC.55.9.1) of the 55th Academic Council of IGNOU (Copy of CCU Circular dt. 17/6/2011
enclosed), the duration of the Certificate Program has been extended from 6 months to 1year
and Diploma Program from 1 year to 2 years. Accordingly, the credit for Certificate are 32 and
for Diploma 64. The following modified Creditisation Scheme, Eligibility Criteria
(Qualification) and the detailed course curriculum is proposed for the approval of Academic
Council.
