Jessica Amaya is a 12-year-old girl who enjoys sports like soccer, football, and basketball. She has two dogs, Spike and Scrappy, and loves spending time with her family and friends. Jessica's hobbies include playing sports, using Facebook, and watching the TV show Law & Order: SVU, which has inspired her to want to become a lawyer or detective. 2. My Biography
I am 12 years old and have 1 brother and 1 sister. I am the youngest from my other
siblings. I have 2 dogs 1 a full breed boxer, Spike, and 1 half German Sheppard and half
boxer, Scrappy. Scrappy is older than Spike and Spike broke his right paw and has been
wearing a cast for over 2 months. My best friends are Vanessa Alvarez, Aneyda Flores,
and Samantha Wimmer. I love my life and the ones in it, I will never become an emo chick.
My parents are very nice and my family is so funny. We take family trips to El Salvador,
Mexico (Mazatlan, Cabo San Lucas, etc) and the beach! I love school and I actually mean
it.

3. My Hobbies!
My hobbies are mainly sports. All I want to do is play sports.
My favorite sports are soccer, football, flag‐football, two‐hand
touch football, basketball, and playing tag with my cousins or
friends . I love playing sports and going on facebook. Myspace is
starting to get a little boring. My favorite soccer player is Cristiano
Ronaldo. My favorite basketball player is Kobe Bryant. I also like
Tony Hawk.

4. Career I would Like to
Pursue
My career I would like to purse is becoming a lawyer or a
detective. I am not really sure why I want to become a lawyer but I
know why I want to become a detective. Every single day I watch a
show on channel 58. I watch Law & Order SVU. I love that show
and it is about detectives solving crimes and trying to figure out
what really happened. I want to become a lawyer or a detective so
badly.

5. Miscellaneous‐All About
Me
I love to learn at school, sometimes though. I love to play sports and I have quite an
imagination. I play with my cousins at parties or when we go to each others house. My family
is really close to each other. If someone beats up my cousin, we all (cousins) will get mad and
probably go to his school and scare that kid. I like to go on MySpace and Facebook daily. I
think middle school is the hardest instead of high‐school. I like to go in my front yard and kick
my soccer ball around with my dogs or play with them. I hate picking up dog poop but it is my
job.  I love my two dogs Scrappy and Spike and I also love playing with them. I open our side
gate and we run to the back yard to the front back and forth. One of my dogs has a cast
because he injured his leg but he still likes to run around. Scrappy is always barking and I have
to go outside and tell him to be quite, but I still love him very much.
