Alkhidmat provided services to over 9.7 million beneficiaries in 2017 through its various programs. Key programs included disaster relief to over 257,000 people, health services to 6.7 million through hospitals, clinics and medical camps, education services to over 20,000 through schools and scholarships, clean water access to 1.7 million people through water projects, orphan support to over 10,000 orphans, microfinance to over 4,400 through its Mawakhat program, and various community services including food/winter aid to over 953,000 people. Alkhidmat operates regionally across Pakistan and has international aid activities as well, utilizing over 150 offices and 19 hospitals.
