The V-3DAS pilot training in Greece aimed to enhance agricultural entrepreneurship through a structured curriculum focused on technical and professional competencies, innovative methodologies, and the development of virtual environments for simulated farm management. Seventeen selected trainees, including agronomists and farmers, engaged in a 60-hour classroom program with practical farm visits, resulting in the creation of individual business plans showcased on a collaborative wiki platform. Feedback highlighted the program's effectiveness in fostering skills and knowledge applicable to agricultural enterprises, underscoring the need for continued vocational training in the sector.
