 Work with national boat/rec/fish assoc. to champion efforts [regional comm.
    w/ national grps]
   Define roles and responsibilities [ANSTF members]
   Inform/educate decision makers [All, use multiple/existing forums:
    PNWER, WAFWA, WGA] (see also: collate impact and estimated impact #/$ -
    region)
   NISA reauthorization [All, need legislative champion]
   Fed regulations ->broaden scope to include mvmt onto and off of federal
    lands/waters [Craig Martin FWS and Lori Williams]
   NPS model regs based on Lacey Act language for prevention/containment
    [NPS]
   Decontamination and containment programs/efforts expanded to include mid-
    west and great lakes (brainstorm ways to connect with other regions) (see next)
   Develop messaging with midwest/great lakes -> make it an all inclusive AIS
    message focused on pathway!

 Enhance and improve communication -> boat mvmt, reporting, inspection db

   Explore sharing of wildlife violation data across states for AIS violations, pot.
    for a compact ex: revoking lic across states
   Increase international border protection participation [PNWER]

   Standardize boat stickers/bands etc. across regions
