interface for maintenance of student result.
* It can be used by educational institute or college
to maintain the records of students easily.
* The creation and management of accurate, up-to-
date information regarding the student’s
academic results is critically important in the
University as well as colleges.
* It tracks the result details of the student from first
semester to end of the course.
Abstract
Aim:
• This project is used modern technology and reduce paper
work and make work faster.
• Technology is user friendly because it is easy for admin to
enter the marks and calculate is done by itself and for
students easy to access their result.
Objectives:
• The main objective of the project is to provide a easy web
interface between admin and the students. This system
provides an easy approach for admin of college for
evaluation of results.
• Increase the efficiency of college report management .
• Decrease time required to access and student records.
LITERATURE SURVEY
All researches have aim to develop all provide a generalized solution to
monitor the various work that are carried out by a collage for
automation of various tasks . They provide up to date information of
the system which improve the efficiency of the collage record
management and decrease the space between student and collage.
The major contribution to this topic are summarized:
S.Shivasuvramanian, S.Sivasankaran and S.ThruNirai
*Proposed one of the first computational schemes an android based
mobile application. To monitor works at remote sites.
*ShradhaS.chawhan, MangeshP.Girhali and GunjanMankar worked on
MPBAS that helped lectures to take the attendance of students using
smart phones.
S.R.Bharamagoudar, Geeta, S.G.Totad worked on web based students
information management system that provided a simple interface for
maintenance of student information.
REQUIREMENTS
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Student can login through User ID and Password.
• Administrator will be responsible for updating the site.
• The administrator and students are two major functional
requirements in the system.
• The administrator will be given more powers (enable/disable/update)
than other user.
• It will be ensured that the information given is in the correct format.
NON FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

EXISTING SYSTEM
• The existing system uses the e-mail for communication between
student and teacher. Thus there is no direct communication between
student and teacher directly.
•The existing system is not user friendly because the retrieval of data is
very slow and data is not maintained efficiently.
• These system need to handle by specialist for maintaining and update
the system which can again be very costly.
•It requires more calculations to generate the report so it is generated at
the end of the session..
• All calculations to generate report are done manually so there is
greater chance of errors.
•Here the faculty has to suffer a lot through the calculation and if there
is a loss of some report then it may cause a lot of problem. .
• These calculations also effects the marks of the students which will
finally led to their percentage.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
• The online smart connect of android and web based application that
manages the college system is designed to provide easier way to the
users to add and retry information quickly.
• Once the user opens the android application at the front end all
schedule /event are available to everyone in a precise manner.
• The admin is the master user he get the most number of priorities
then students. The different functions involved in case of administrator
are updating student information, approvals, events etc.
• The administrator can view an approval of the various records.
• Students can use the android application with the some
authentication.
• Previously gathered information can be saved and can be accessed at
anytime and anywhere.

ANDROID is a mobile operating system based on the Linux Kernel and now developed by
Google.
ANDROID is primarily designed for touch screen mobile devices like Smart phones.
ANDROID OS uses touch inputs to manipulate on screen objects and uses virtual keyboard.
This is open source and anyone can use to build applications.
ANDROID is a Linux based operating system for smart phones and tablets.
ANDROID is a platform that supports various applications, available through the ANDROID
stores.
This platform allows end users to develop their own apps, can install and use their own
applications on Top of the ANDROID framework.
PURPOSE
The purpose is to design a college website which contains up-to-date
result details of the student. That should improve efficiency of college
record management

can be stored and accessed anytime anywhere. So it is better to have a
web based android application.
The students and admin can get the required information
without delay. This system is essential in college and Universities. This
is opposed to the manual method, which is stressful, time consuming
prone to mistakes due to excessive dependence on the human
element involved.
