Ко мне часто обращаются врачи за советом, как помочь пациенту.
Однако, именно этот пример мне бы хотелось выделить в отдельную презентацию, так как он представляет собой одну из самых сложных задач, которая может возникнуть перед стоматологом и всей клиникой.
В презентации я постарался достаточно полно изложить логику действий, а также механизм принятия решения врачом, по подготовке и непосредственно протезированию данного пациента.
Такой подробный разбор связан ещё и с тем, что в той или иной мере проблемы, с которыми столкнётся лечащий врач в процессе лечения этого человека, встречаются и у других пациентов, которые могут попасть к Вам на приём.
Поэтому, я не сделал развёрнутый анализ и в конечном итоге составил два плана, которые расположены на разных осях координат друг относительно друга.
Но именно это позволит по мере приближения к результату использовать методы лечения и из первого и из второго варианта, что даст возможность создать оптимальный путь для наиболее успешного лечения.

在網路發達的今天，雖然我們可以在網路上直接購買商品，但卻僅限於有把商品放上網路的賣家，而且拍賣的網站百家齊聚，訊息分散的結果導致各個賣家得去四處去發佈消息而買家也得到處去蒐集訊息，無形中增加了雙方的不便。例如：當我們想買一個和之前「一模一樣的」藥膏、眼鏡、資料夾、傢俱……，只能盲目的四處去詢問，當我們生病的時候也不知道去找哪個醫生治療比較有效，只能從親朋好友的口中得到模糊的答案。
能夠有效解決這些問題的方法就是和政府合作BOT案，搭配政府修法規定，每一間店都必須將所賣的東西、提供的服務項目統一放上網站讓民眾可以迅速找到，如果商品已經賣完了買方就能在啟程之前得知訊息，如此一來買方也能在盲目的尋找途中少了一些發生危險的機率，甚至途中所減少的車程、時間跟廢氣都能為整個社會節能減碳。
從製造商開始將商品統一編碼，藉由「360度環物攝影」的方式將商品存檔，日後民眾便可利用手機掃描商品上的QR code就能馬上預覽商品的全貌還能夠找到附近有賣同樣或類似商品的店家，在雲端上每一個國民都擁有自己的空間可以儲存過去所使用過、吃過的東西，連看過病的醫生都能被儲存下來，以供民眾參考。

В современной российской стоматологии всё большую тенденцию приобретает использование в практике междисциплинарного подхода. При этом данный подход не ограничивается смежными стоматологическими дисциплинами, а всё больше уходит не только в общемедицинские, но и «парамедицинские» области. Что зачастую приводит к гипердиагностике, применению необоснованного и объёмного лечения, и, в конечном итоге, «залечиванию» пациентов, нарушению их психологического состояния.
Большую популярность последние годы приобретает остеопатия и её раздел краниоостеопатия для лечения пациентов с дисфункциями зубочелюстной системы. В этой связи, несомненный интерес вызывает и взаимодействие опорно-двигательного аппарата, органов равновесия с жевательной системой человека.
Проблемы с височно-нижнечелюстным суставом начинают искать не в челюстно-лицевой области, а в неправильной осанке, заболеваниях разных отделов позвоночника, изменении положения головы и тела, нарушениях постуральной функции.
Данному обстоятельству уже посвящено множество статей, учебников, проводятся крупные конференции, обучающие курсы. Довольно много клиник или сотрудничают с остеопатами, или держат такого специалиста в своём штате.
Безусловно, применение любых эффективных методов, в том числе и краниоостеопатических, для помощи нашим пациентам, является существенным вкладом в решение столь сложной проблемы как поражение ВНЧС. С другой стороны использование методик, фармакологических препаратов или лечебного оборудования должно быть научно и клинически обосновано и в достаточной степени доказано путём лабораторных, доклинических и клинических исследований.

Изменение высоты прикуса (МАВ - межальвеолярная высота, в английской литературе VDO) в той или иной мере происходит практически в любой стоматологической работе, которая касается изменения либо соотношения челюстей, либо полной реабилитации.
Поэтому в этой короткой презентации мне хотелось детально разобрать один из приёмов, который поможет Вам уверенно не только считать имеющуюся межальвеолярную высоту у пациента, но и планировать её изменения, опираясь на проверенные данные.

Для любого врача, который занимается реконструкцией прикуса, становится совершенно ясным, что без точных и надёжных координат можно легко запутаться и не только не помочь пациенту, но и привести клиническую ситуацию в тупик или к осложнениям.
Боковая рентгенограмма черепа или ТРГ (телерентгенограмма) является достаточно точным и надёжным инструментом в руках специалиста.
Правильное, корректное применение и интерпретация данных позволяют уже на начальных этапах спланировать как ортопедическое, так и ортодонтическое лечение.
Изменение высоты прикуса (МАВ - межальвеолярная высота, в английской литературе VDO) в той или иной мере происходит практически в любой стоматологической работе, которая касается изменения либо соотношения челюстей, либо полной реабилитации.
Поэтому в этой короткой презентации мне хотелось детально разобрать один из приёмов, который поможет Вам уверенно не только считать имеющуюся межальвеолярную высоту у пациента, но и планировать её изменения, опираясь на проверенные данные.
