A couple filed for bankruptcy on November 22, 2010. As of early January 2011, the receivers had not yet notified the couple's 5 creditors of the bankruptcy, even though receivers are supposed to notify creditors within 8 weeks. The creditors continued sending threatening letters up until the previous week, despite the bankruptcy filing.
