INTRODUCTION
Aarcity is founded by Sh. Rajender Mital, a first generaton entrepreneur with over two decades
of experience in constructon and real estate development. He has been instrumental in promo?ng
of Krishna Apra Group and Krishna Artec group as a promoter. The Krishna Apra Group was mutually
set up by Sh. Rajender Mital (Director, Apra Builder Ltd. and Jai Krishan Estates Pvt. Ltd.) along
with others. In the span of ten years, Krishna Apra Group has experienced exponen?al growth with

Simultaneously, Sh. Rajender Mital has come forward with an enlarged view of real estate
development by introducing a company by the name of “Aarcity Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.” to execute

such expansion, Aarcity Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., has come into existence. The Company will

FAQs
What kind of security would be provided?
• Top of the line security shall be provided along with access control at the entry! exit gate of the
complex and visitor's pass will be issued by security at the lobby level.

When will the possession be given?
• Possession will be given a?er 36 months, with a grace period of 180 days. (As per the terms &
condi?ons men?oned in the provisional Allotment Le?er.)

Who will maintain the common area? Do I pay anything upfront towards common area charges?
• The common areas/services shall be maintained by a designated Maintenance Agency on payment of
maintenance charges.
• The Interest Free Maintenance Security is applicable, as per the payment plan.
Is the basement common?
• Yes, basement is common to all. Parking rights in basement is to be purchased separately.
What are the stamp duty charges?
• At present, it is 5% of considera?on or the value of the property (whichever is higher) at the ?me
of sub lease deed, as per applicable stamp duty act.
