1) The Area 8 Overnight Event is a 2-day, 1-night bonding event for regular members of the 7 schools in Area 8. It will include workshops planned by each school and an overnight stay. 2) Potential locations include Teamcity.org and the YMCA camp in Campbell. Locations need to be confirmed. 3) Each school can send 15-30 members. 5 Rotary members will also attend. A detailed schedule is outlined over the 2 days, including workshops, meals, team building, and a dance. 4) Schools will plan their own 1.5 hour workshop to be held in a rotation. Logistics like locations, dates, and workshop assignments need to be finalized

2. IntroThis AWE will be similar to PWR. As an Interact area, we will engage in workshops or activity based that have a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes. There will be 7 schools meaning 7 workshops with 7 different groups filled equally with people from the 7 schools. AWE will have REGULAR MEMBERS attend as well which shows the difference from PWR. This will include and overnight event and possible a dance that has not been planned out yet.
