About the Speaker
Michael Halliday is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years of
construction industry experience as a commercial manager, quantity
surveyor and contracts administrator, delivering a broad range of contracts
for a varied UK and international client base spanning oil and gas, power
and utilities, infrastructure, MEICA, industrial, Civil and buildings sectors.
He holds a Master’s degree in Construction Law and specialises in dispute
resolution services including the preparation, negotiation, settlement and
/or rebuttal of claims for disruption and prolongation.
Michael is President for the UK region of the AACEi and a Review Examiner
for the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors

