Uruguay is a small South American country located on the southeastern coast of South America between Argentina and Brazil. It has a population of around 3.4 million people and its capital and largest city is Montevideo. The country has a stable democracy and economy and is known for its liberal social policies, like legalizing abortion, same-sex marriage and marijuana.
