SELECTION

The utmost attention is given to the recruitment of our personnel in accordance with stringent parameters laid
down as a company policy.
This includes educations, age, physical fitness and background checks. Further the internal Security Department in
each area is responsible for verification and background checks and service records of each individual.
 Security Guard/ Employee  Background Investigations:

The verification involves the following:

Basic Training.
All recruited candidates are compulsorily required to undergo 7 days, Training at the Training Centre of
“8 Directions Security Services “. During Basic Training, the emphasis given to the following aspects :‐
 General Security Aspects & Awareness
 Drill & Discipline
 Security‐ related duties
 Client‐ specific duties e.g. Factory, Office, Residences etc.
 Gate Handling
 Material Movement Control
 Frisking and Checking
 Key Management
 Maintenance of Registers/ Documents
 Fire Safety
On Job Training (OJT). Due emphasis is laid on OJT to orient the newly deployed Security Staff by giving
them proper training as per Client’s requirements. This is repeated at regular intervals in consultations with clients.

Credential Verification. We provide reliable Guarding/ Other Personnel duly verified by Police Authorities.
Operations. We monitor our services by deputing qualified and professional Operation Staff like Field Officer,
Manager‐ Operations, and Branch Head. The assigned Operation Staff will regularly visit the Client locations both
during Day and Night. In case of any emergencies, the Clients are welcome to contact CEO & MD on any issues. In
order to improve our services, we seek the Feed Back from our Clients every month and take actions on the
observations as per the laid down time‐frame.

Rate‐ Structure : Our Rates are based on Minimum Wages and other mandatory statutory:
 Minimum Wages
 1/6th
Relieving Charges ( Weekly Off )
 ESIC @ 4.75 %
 EPF @ 13.36 %
 Bonus @ 8.33 % ( Gratuity and Leave Entitlement will be charged as per Client Policy )
 Uniform Charges
 Service Charge @ 12%
 Total for 08 Hours Shift
 Additional Charges for 04 Hours
 Total Cost for 12 Hours Shift.

Service Tax is applicable as per Govt. rules on the total billing amount.
Registrations. We are duly registered with the concerned Govt. Authorities for the following:‐

Mobilization Time. In case of large scale deployment (exceeding 10 personnel), we will require at least 15 days
