Seventy thousand of the Prophet's followers will enter Paradise without being judged for their deeds, as they do not believe in omens or practice ruqya, instead putting their full trust in God. Ruqya refers to reciting divine words to cure illness.

Narrated IbnAbbas: Allah's Apostle said, "Seventy thousand people of my followers will enter Paradise without accounts, and they are those who do not practice “Ar-Ruqya” and do not see an evil omen in things, and put their trust in their Lord. (SahihBukhari, Volume 8, Hadith 479) Ar-Ruqyahmeans divine speech recited as a means of curing disease.
