Even if you have some idea about practice there always are lots of things that come up in a persons practice. Meditation is the vehicle for learning mindfulness and deeper awareness of current reality.

At times it seems all the external distractions and noise in life will drive us crazy, or at the least make us unproductive. But it's the internal distractions that guide our direction in life far more than the external distractions. If you think about it for a brief moment you'll see that external noise has little power over our relationships in everyday life and in business. it's the distractions inside our own minds that directs how we prosper in life.
