Creating an Admin account
■ If you are setting up Cypress from scratch, you will need to
create an Admin account
– You can create an Admin account from the command line
– Or update an existing account to be an admin

Population Errors in bundle-2015-alpha-
20160512
■ When using “bundle-2015-alpha-20160512” Cypress issues
errors for not reporting non-existent populations.
– This bundle was created using the Measure Authoring Tool’s
“simpleXML” which creates IDs for all possible populations
– This will be fixed with the next bundle release, these error
messages can be ignored with this bundle
