In these times when direct forms of democracy burst before formal institutions, the Land Law and Land Use in the Province of Mendoza (Ley de Ordenamiento Territorial y Usos de Suelo Nª 8051) is presented as a balanced alternative, which integrates direct citizen participation with the constitutional representative principle, contemplating identity cultural as a valid indicator for the management model to implement a comprehensive view of the Province and municipalities.
