This document provides instructions for a scale exercise using forward rolls. The exercise consists of 16 counts of forward rolls moving between 5 positions, with each position held for 4 counts. Banjo accompaniment is provided in tablature format below the instructions. The exercise is intended to help the practitioner work on coordination and control while rolling forward across the floor.
