- 8. 2015/1/28 8 UniArgus NVB系列Software Licensing: 合作夥伴專案 大綱 (1) • 一次性費用成為UniArgus NVB 系列合作夥伴: – 每個夥伴支付一次性授權費，合約生效。 (費用為2015年內有效)。 • UniArgus NVB-100 : 1,200K $NTD。 • UniArgus NVB-200 : 2,400K $ NTD。 • UniArgus NVB-300 : 3,600K $ NTD。 – 無軟體使用數量限制。(吃到飽) • 選擇性年度更新與技術支援 – 第二個會計年度起， 每種NVB ，每月付費 40K $ NTD。 – 保證技術支持三年。 • IP Cam設備整合技術服務費 – 收取每類IP Cam(IP Cam firmware)，150K $NTD IP Cam整合費， 允許三次Firmware修正次數。
- 9. 2015/1/28 9 UniArgus NVB系列Software Licensing: 合作夥伴專案 大綱 (2) • HermesDDS Service 服務年費 – 網內使用免費。串流到YouTube Live以及 WebPage 不需付費。 – 對終端用戶收取跨網使用(網上付費)年費 。 • 設備登錄三個月內為免費跨網使用期。 • 以後年費依照www.hermesdds.com網頁上定價為準。 – 與合作夥伴分享百分比: • 50% 50% sharing。 • 保證HermesDDS 服務至少五年。. • 如需建立自品牌的服務入口網站， 以取代 www.hermesdds.com時: – 另行說明。
- 10. 2015/1/28 10 UniArgus NVB系列Software Licensing: 合作夥伴專案 大綱 (3) • 合作夥伴數目限制: – 2015年為不超過五家。 – 2016年為不超過五家。 • 視當年人力資源而定。 • 此軟體版本不適用於中華人民共和國境內。 • 一切細節以書面授權合約為最後約定。
