- Define a clear , measurable and achievable goal of improving the quality of service
applied to meet patient’s satisfaction, reducing waiting time and increasing profit gain in
return as well.

The design should ensure smooth, clear wayfinding, and a comfortable atmosphere for
patients and staff :
• Entrance and reception should be clearly identified and easily accessed by different kind
of patient’s abilities
• Plan creative patient flow system as one direction flow to facilitate movement specially

• Waiting Areas should be designed smart enough to encountered the maximum number
(overloaded ) of patient’s and their relatives as well as staff

• Enhance online consultation and reporting system for early detection of suspected cases
