I declared bankruptcy in Colorado in 2008. 3 of the companies that were included d in the discharged debts are hitting my credit report every 6 months with negat ive hits. The other companies left the accounts as is in 2008, and have not repo rted to the credit bureaus at all. Is this legal? I've been contacting the r eporting agencies, but surprise, there's not guidelines anywhere and no one seem
