Jos Raben
Jos is a managing director in the Dutch Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice, Amsterdam. He has 20
years of experience (including time with KPMG, Mazars and PwC) of which the last 10 years being dedicated
exclusively to M&A transactions for private equity and corporate clients. Jos has led deal teams on more than
250 transactions in various countries.
His transaction experience includes (cross border) financial (vendor) due diligence assistance and other
transaction related work in connection with acquisitions, disposals, listings and venture capital for listed
companies and private equity firms in various industries: Manufacturing, leisure and hospitality, agrifood,
transport and logistics, business (financial) services and TMT.
Marco Jansze
Marco has over 20 years of experience as a tax advisor and joined RSM in 2015. Marco focuses on Dutch
based large- and midsized companies with operations and/or aspirations abroad (mostly family or private
equity owned). Marco has special interest and experience in the agrifood industry.
Marco is tax partner and practice leader M&A Tax in the Dutch Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) group of
RSM. In this capacity he is responsible for all tax due diligence projects in relation to mergers and acquisitions
serviced and engaged by RSM. He is an expert in pre- and post deal structuring and was involved with several
M&A deals at PwC and now RSM.
