This document provides the provisional program for a special forum on rough diamond valuation hosted by the Kimberley Process Chair in collaboration with the Antwerp World Diamond Centre. The forum consists of four sessions over one day, with panelists from diamond producers, polished price experts, professional valuators, and tender/auction experts discussing challenges in rough diamond valuation from their perspectives. Session topics include valuation in the context of the Kimberley Process, conclusions from a previous valuation forum, the historical perspective on valuation in the KPCS, producer challenges, experiences from polished price list experts, professional valuators' approaches, and tender/auction experts' valuation methods. The program aims to facilitate discussion on rough diamond valuation issues from different industry standpoints.
