Customers who have purchased our products on-line
or through any retailer have the ability to ship
any worn out or broken items back to us for a free
replacement at any point in time.
Simply follow the steps below:
Step 1: Fill out the “Free Forever Exchange” form
found on our website at www.fundeco.biz
Step 2: Include any valid proof of purchase. (order
confirmation, receipt, original packing slip, etc.)
Step 3: Package up your item with the completed
“Free Forever Exchange” form and ship to us using
a trackable shipping method to the following

Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of your product
for delivery of your replacement.
The following additional terms apply:
-No cash refunds or credits of any kind are allowed
under this program
-FunDeco, LLC is not obligated to replace products
that have been discontinued from it’s product
offering, however, the customer has the option
of exchanging a discontinued item for another
FunDeco product of equal or lesser value.
-Items obtained as a free promotion, contest, raffle
drawing or by donation are exempt from this
program.
-Customer assumes shipping costs associated with
sending the item to FunDeco for replacement.
-Items can be physically dropped off at the address
above during our normal retail store hours. Store
