The actual controversial question is whether CMA technologies can or should shortly replace the standard karyotype in prenatal diagnosis practice • CONCLUSIONS: Presently CMA analysis can be considered a second-tier diagnostic test to be used after a standard karyotype in selected group of pregnancies, such as those with single (apparently isolated) or multiple US fetal abnormalities, with de novo chromosomal rearrangements, even if apparently balanced, and those with supernumerary markers chromosomes

Het schrijven van deze thesis is ter afsluiting van mijn Master of Information Security. Dit was voor mij de aanleiding om me te verdiepen in webapplicatie beveiliging en de risico's die bedrijven met slecht gebouwde webapplicaties kunnen ondervinden. Kernvragen die in deze scriptie worden beantwoord, zijn: Welke bedreigingen zijn er op het gebied van webapplicatie? Welke technische beveiligingsmaatregelen kan men treffen om deze bedreigingen te minimaliseren en te beheersen? Welke rol kan de IT Security-officer en de IT-auditor spelen bij het beveiligen van webapplicaties? In de literatuur wordt veel geschreven over technische maatregelen die mogelijk getroffen kunnen worden maar hierbij wordt vaak vergeten dat deze maatregelen alleen zin hebben als ze in een geheel van beveiligingsmaatregelen(defence in depth) toe passen.
