 Mission: To perpetuate employee’s
involvement and ownership in our corporate
environment.
 Goal: To display artwork created by our
employee’s children and possibly use some of
the artwork in our marketing.
 Scope: Hold the first Children’s Artwork
Contest in the Summer of 2014 and repeat each
year.
Our CEO, Lixin Cheng, visited a customer’s headquarters in
California and noticed that the artwork displayed throughout the
facility was done by the employee’s children. He wanted that
same sense of ownership and pride from the employees of ZTE
(USA ) INC.
