THE ADVISORY COUNCIL FOR THE NATIONAL TRANSITION (CATN)
WAS CREATED IN FEBRUARY 2013 FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
Analyse and identify all the available legal alternatives regarding the issue of national transition.
Advise the Government of Catalonia in identifying the strategic structures for the functioning of the Government
and the Catalan institutions in the future, as well as the optimisation of available resources.
Propose actions and promote the dissemination of the process of national transition
among the international community, identify support therein.
Advise the Government of Catalonia with the coordination of institutional relations in Catalonia to guarantee the entire process.
THE CATN HAS HAD 53 PLENARY MEETINGS AND
HAS PUBLISHED 18 REPORTS IN THE SPAN OF 1,366 PAGES
