Roundtable on jobs in African- 
American communities.
March 2012 
▪ Tabor partners with the Space 
Needle to create scholarships for 
African-American students.
April 2012 
▪ Tabor participates in the Regional 
Contracting Forum. 
▪ Seattle Chamber of Commerce offers 
Tabor members a joint membership. 
▪ Tabor partners with the University of 
Washington’s Business and Economic 
Development Center and offers 
scholarships for those interested in 
attending. 
▪ Tabor hosted a Supreme Court 
Candidates’ Forum with Sheryl 
McCloud, Hon. John Ladenburg, Hon. 
Bruce Hilyer, and Justice Steve 
Gonzalez in attendance.
May 2012 
▪ Members visited the mayor’s office for a 
meeting about the pending multipurpose 
stadium to be built in Seattle to house a 
local NBA and NHL teams. 
▪ Tabor gave scholarships to: 
Yeruselem Yemane received the 
Bradford Scholarship for the UW, Foster 
School of Business 
Duron Jones received the PEMCO 
Insurance Scholarship for the Seattle 
University, Business 
Tatum Taylor receiving the 
Discretionary Scholarship for the O'Dea 
High School, Summer D1 Football Camp.
June 2012 
▪ Tabor launches new Technical 
Assistance Committee. 
▪ Ollie Garrett joins the Seattle 
Chamber of Commerce, and 60 
other preeminent leaders and policy 
experts from Atlanta-Savannah to 
attend a meeting to discuss the 
major challenges facing this 
innovative region. 
▪ Frank Lemos spoke on behalf of 
Tabor at the Seattle City Council 
speaking in favor of the Stadium.

▪ Tabor receives the Business Partner 
Award from The Central Area 
Senior Center. 
▪ Tabor sponsored five youths to 
attend the Cantwell / Biden 
campaign event. 
▪ Tabor and the City of Seattle hosted 
a Meet and Greet for construction 
management opportunities. 
▪ Tabor hosted “The Power of Your 
Vote” panel with Colby 
Underwood, George Allen, Richard 
Mitchell, Bobby Forch, and Debra 
Entenman.
