Jason is the muddy leader of the escapee group who plans to get everyone out alive. Alex is injured and wants to return to his life. Corey is paranoid, scared, and anxious. T is a professional, determined hunter sent to capture the trio. The Boss instructs the Agent and runs the government facility the trio escaped from.
The document provides instructions for an activity to help students identify and discuss issues of inequality and fairness in the world. It includes a list of songs about fairness and inequality for students to listen to. Students will then write down 5 examples of things they see as unfair on index cards and rate them from 1 to 10 on unfairness. They will be split into teams and take turns reading out their examples to compete on who provides the best example for each rating number called out by the teacher. The activity aims to get students thinking about different types of inequalities and have a discussion about fairness and what causes certain inequalities.
Wilt Chamberlain scored 100 points in a single game, more than any other player. The Boston Celtics have won the most NBA championships. The Dallas Mavericks won their first championship in 2011. Bill Russell won the most NBA championships of any player and Magic Johnson had to retire after being diagnosed with HIV.
The document discusses bias, prejudice, and discrimination. It provides examples of statements that show bias or prejudice against certain groups. The document explains that bias is having a favorable or unfavorable leaning towards something, while prejudice involves making prejudgments about people based on their race, gender or other attributes. It aims to help recognize bias and prejudice in everyday situations and analyze whether statements show fairness and equality.
My AP Statistics students complete a project on statistical inference at the end of the school year. My goal is to also conduct a project myself each year in order to model proper techniques for my students. This year, my project was on the popularity of The Avengers.
I was one of a few teachers who were granted the priviledge to say a few parting words to the graduates. Naturally, I chose to include visuals. The brief speech (about a minute long) was recorded and delievered to the class of 2012 this morning during Seniors Assembly at the gym. The slides summarize my words.

2012 AP Stats Project (9) by Alex & Andrearickykyip
1) A 2012 survey of 65 seniors found that 50 supported gay marriage and 15 did not support it.
2) A chi-square test for independence found no significant relationship between gender and views on gay marriage.
3) A one-proportion z-test found that the proportion of respondents who supported gay marriage was significantly higher than 50%.
The document discusses 6 theme parks in California and provides information about their location, hours of operation, and ticket prices for children and adults. It also includes sample data about visitor preferences and discusses potential biases in the sampling methodology used. The 6 parks covered are located in San Diego, Buena Park, Hollywood, Anaheim, Carlsbad, and Valencia, CA. Ticket prices for children range from $28.99 to $81, while adult prices are between $57.99 to $87. The data samples 127 total visitors to the parks.
Esbeyde and Stephanie tried to find an association between the color and taste preference of Skittles candies. While there were potential lurking variables, they found interesting results.
Karen, Stephanie, and Aaron investigated the association between gender and fries preference. They also drew inference on which brand of fries is most preferable among the three choices.
A well-designed and well-executed project on tastes of donuts by Ashley and Chris. Though no significant results were found, the presentation was elegantly delivered.
Abner conducted a study to determine if people prefer his long or short hair. He surveyed friends and family and found that significantly more people preferred his old long hair over his new short hair. The results of a one-proportion z-test showed a z-score of 7.222 and p-value of virtually 0, allowing the researchers to reject the null hypothesis that there is no preference and conclude that people do prefer Abner's long hair.
A study was conducted to determine if there was a preference between the Xbox 360 and PS3 gaming systems. 100 random members of the population were asked which system they preferred. A chi-square goodness of fit test found a statistically significant preference for the Xbox 360 over the PS3. The null hypothesis that there is no preference between the two systems was rejected.
This document summarizes a study that used a chi-squared test to determine if there is an association between name brand and student preference for t-shirts. An experiment was conducted with 80 randomly selected high school students across four grade levels who were asked whether they preferred a Hollister or Kmart t-shirt. The results of the chi-squared test found no significant association between name brand and shirt preference.

LAND USE LAND COVER AND NDVI OF MIRZAPUR DISTRICT, UPRAHUL
This Dissertation explores the particular circumstances of Mirzapur, a region located in the
core of India. Mirzapur, with its varied terrains and abundant biodiversity, offers an optimal
environment for investigating the changes in vegetation cover dynamics. Our study utilizes
advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover
changes, conversion trends, and other related patterns. The spatial dimensions of land use and
cover support policymakers and scientists in making well-informed decisions, as alterations in
these patterns indicate shifts in economic and social conditions. Monitoring such changes with the
help of Advanced technologies like Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems is
crucial for coordinated efforts across different administrative levels. Advanced technologies like
Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems

Changes in vegetation cover refer to variations in the distribution, composition, and overall
structure of plant communities across different temporal and spatial scales. These changes can
occur natural.
How to Make a Field Mandatory in Odoo 17Celine George
In Odoo, making a field required can be done through both Python code and XML views. When you set the required attribute to True in Python code, it makes the field required across all views where it's used. Conversely, when you set the required attribute in XML views, it makes the field required only in the context of that particular view.
