Sally Sweeney presented on using Siebel SmartScripts to streamline clinical processes. SmartScripts provide the ability to enforce and standardize business processes by creating enforceable scripts that guide users through steps. Key benefits are reducing training time and not requiring extensive configuration. The presentation demonstrated script administration, execution, and reviewing results. Examples of clinical processes that could be automated with SmartScripts were also provided and discussed.

If Siebel access is restricted appropriately, these users need only be trained on the few SmartScripts screens and views to which they would have visibility 8
