16. When all damaged concrete was removed, not much was left! . This is “E-1”

17. This is “E-1” The next step was to coat the metal rebar with a special material. The rebar is now well protected! .

18. This is “E-1” – Today Last Week: Forms were put into place. New concrete was poured .

19. This is “E-1” Completely restored! Today From a decaying 14 inch column-- to a strong 30 inch column! .
