John Locke was a 17th century British philosopher who influenced political thought with his theories of natural rights and limited government. He believed that people are born with natural rights to life, liberty, and property, and that governments are formed through consent to protect these rights, limiting their power. If governments break the social contract by failing to protect rights, people have a right to remove them. He also advocated for religious toleration and separation of church and state.

The document discusses the benefits of exercise for mental health. Regular physical activity can help reduce anxiety and depression and improve mood and cognitive functioning. Exercise causes chemical changes in the brain that may help boost feelings of calmness, happiness and focus.
Voltaire was an 18th century French writer and philosopher whose real name was Francois-Marie Arouet. He used the pen name Voltaire and was a prolific writer publishing over 70 volumes of work. Voltaire promoted freedom of thought and expression through his writings, admiring aspects of English society like religious liberty and freedom of the press while criticizing the French government of his time. He believed in religious toleration but was against a Christian view of the world, thinking that reason alone was necessary. Voltaire also felt that an enlightened government was needed to rule a country effectively while allowing freedom of thought and keeping the clergy in line. His most famous work, Candide, satirized
This document discusses the importance of tourism to local economies and communities, and raises questions about what would happen without tourism. It also touches on how tourism impacts the social, cultural, and natural environment, and encourages traveling responsibly and with care for these environments and local communities.
Quarrying provides both advantages and disadvantages to local communities. While it increases income and employment opportunities, quarrying can also damage the natural environment through visual and noise pollution, dust, traffic, and habitat loss. However, some former quarry sites have been transformed into attractive tourist destinations that continue to provide jobs through landscaping and redevelopment once quarrying is complete.

Securing your Kubernetes cluster_ a step-by-step guide to success !KatiaHIMEUR1
Today, after several years of existence, an extremely active community and an ultra-dynamic ecosystem, Kubernetes has established itself as the de facto standard in container orchestration. Thanks to a wide range of managed services, it has never been so easy to set up a ready-to-use Kubernetes cluster.
However, this ease of use means that the subject of security in Kubernetes is often left for later, or even neglected. This exposes companies to significant risks.
In this talk, I'll show you step-by-step how to secure your Kubernetes cluster for greater peace of mind and reliability.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).
